Overview. ERPClimb is an independent educational and career-preparation platform. We collect only the data required to provide interview prep, mock tests, and personalized learning tools.
Data we collect. Account information (email, display name), your practice history (mock test attempts, interview sessions), and content you provide (typed answers, resume text you choose to submit).
AI processing. Prompts and inputs are processed by AI providers to generate questions, evaluations and content. Do not submit confidential client, employer, customer or production information.
How ERPClimb uses AI
This section is a plain factual description of what happens to the text and files you submit to ERPClimb Copilot and our other AI features. It is a disclosure, not a legal undertaking.
Who processes your prompts. AI features are served by Anthropic. Your submitted content is sent over the internet to Anthropic’s API (api.anthropic.com) for processing and the generated response is returned to ERPClimb.
What is sent. The text you type or paste (including error messages, dump extracts and log text), any images or files you attach, and the instructions ERPClimb adds to frame the request. Content you never submit to an AI feature is never sent.
What is stored, and where. Your submitted content and the generated response are stored in our database, hosted on Supabase infrastructure, so your history and saved cases remain available to you. We do not currently operate an automatic deletion schedule, so assume these records are retained indefinitely unless you ask us to remove them.
Training. ERPClimb does not train any model on your content. How Anthropic handles content submitted through its API is governed by Anthropic’s own terms, which we have not independently verified — please see Anthropic’s terms.
What this means for you. If you work under a client NDA, treat anything you paste into an AI feature as disclosed to a third-party processor, and redact identifiers, credentials and customer data first.
Sharing. We do not sell your personal data. We share only with sub-processors strictly required to operate the service (hosting, authentication, AI inference).
Your rights. You may access, correct or delete your account and data at any time.
Billing data. When you buy a subscription we store the billing name, address, country/state and (for business customers) GSTIN you provide, together with payment references returned by our payment provider. This information is required by tax law to issue a valid invoice and is retained for the statutory retention period. Card details are never stored by us.
Your rights. You may access, correct or delete your account and data at any time from Account settings, or by contacting the grievance officer below. Records we are legally required to retain (such as issued tax invoices) are kept even after account deletion.
