Who you are contracting with. ERPClimb is operated by NEXORBIT DIGITAL VENTURES. Full business details are listed at the bottom of this page.

Acceptance. By using ERPClimb you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Delivery Policy and our Disclaimer.

Educational use only. All content, questions, diagnoses and reports are provided for learning and interview preparation. They are not official SAP certification material and do not guarantee any outcome, offer or certification.

Independent platform. ERPClimb is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to SAP SE or any employer.

Prohibited content. You must not submit confidential client, employer, customer, production, credential, key or system-configuration data. You are responsible for the content you paste into the service.

AI outputs. AI-generated answers may contain errors. Always verify against official documentation before relying on them for production work.

Subscriptions, pricing and taxes

Recurring billing. Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. The exact amount payable, including any tax, is displayed and confirmed by you before payment is taken.

Taxes. Indian customers are charged GST at the applicable rate on top of, or included in, the displayed price as indicated at checkout. Supplies outside India are treated as exports of services and are taxed according to their classification at the time of sale.

Invoices. Every successful payment produces a sequentially numbered tax invoice, available in Account → Billing and emailed to your account address.

Cancellation and refunds. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Refund eligibility is set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy (refund window: 14 days).

Price changes. We may change plan prices for future billing periods. Existing subscribers are notified before a changed price applies to their renewal.

Accounts, availability and liability

Availability. The service is provided "as-is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Termination. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Where we terminate without cause, any unused prepaid period is refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over India.
