Cancellation & Refund Policy

What you are buying. ERPClimb is a digital subscription service. Access is granted immediately after a successful payment; there is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from Account → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep full access until then, and you are not charged again.

Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Each successful renewal produces its own tax invoice, available in Account → Billing.

Refund window. You may request a refund within 14 days of payment, subject to the conditions below. Requests made after 14 days are outside the standard window, though we will still look at genuine billing errors.

How refunds are handled. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment gateway (Razorpay). Bank/card settlement timelines are set by your bank and are outside our control. Where a refund is issued against a tax invoice, we raise a credit note referencing the original invoice number — invoices are never deleted or edited.

Cancelling an annual plan mid-term. If you cancel an annual plan partway through the year, you keep access until the end of your current billing month. That month is charged in full at the standard monthly rate for your region — we do not split a month into days. The refund for your remaining unused full months is calculated and processed after that month ends, not immediately on cancellation. In short: refund = what you paid for the year, minus the months you have used (including the current one) charged at the standard monthly rate. If that figure works out to zero or less, no refund is due. Every refund is reviewed by a person before it is paid out.

Failed or duplicate payments. If you were charged more than once for the same subscription, or charged without receiving access, contact us with the payment reference and we will refund the duplicate in full.

What is not refundable. We do not refund because AI outputs did not produce a specific career, exam or hiring outcome — ERPClimb is a learning tool and makes no outcome guarantee.
