Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026
This policy explains how ERPClimb collects, uses, stores and protects information when you visit or use the service. ERPClimb is an independent educational and productivity platform for SAP and ERP professionals. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by SAP SE.
ERPClimb has no connection to your SAP system. We only ever see the text, files or screenshots you choose to submit to a feature yourself.
1. Information we collect
Account and profile information. When you create an account we collect your email address and, where you provide them, your display name and profile details. You can sign in with an email and password or with Google sign-in; in that case we receive basic profile information from Google, not your Google password.
Workspace preferences. Your selected SAP track or module, and where you provide them, your SAP release and deployment model. These are used to make answers and content more relevant to you.
Product usage. Records of the features you use β for example Copilot requests, mock test attempts, interview sessions, code lab runs and credit or quota consumption β so we can operate limits, show your history and keep the service reliable. Where web analytics is enabled, we also receive standard technical metadata such as page views, approximate device and browser information.
Content you submit. Text and files you enter into ERPClimb features: SAP issue descriptions, error and dump text, business requirements for technical design, interview answers, follow-up questions, resume text you choose to paste or upload, and attachments.
Payment and subscription information. Subscriptions are processed by Razorpay. Card, bank and other payment credentials are entered on the payment providerβs side β ERPClimb does not store them. We do store subscription status and the billing details required to issue a valid invoice, such as billing name, address, country/state and, if you provide it, a GSTIN, together with payment references returned by the provider.
2. How we use information
- Provide, authenticate and personalise the service.
- Generate the AI outputs you request.
- Operate usage limits, credits, entitlements, subscriptions and invoicing.
- Maintain and improve reliability, security and product quality.
- Respond to support requests and send operational messages about your account.
- Understand aggregate product usage through analytics.
Creating an account does not sign you up for marketing. Where we send optional non-essential email, every message includes an unsubscribe option and your choice is stored on your profile.
3. AI processing
When you use an AI feature, the content you submit β together with the instructions ERPClimb adds to frame the request β is sent to our configured model providers solely to generate the response you asked for. Requests are currently served by Anthropic and, depending on the feature and configuration, by the Lovable AI gateway. ERPClimb does not train any model on your content.
Please submit anonymised, non-confidential information. Do not paste credentials, access tokens, personal data of other people, production secrets, or proprietary customer code or data. If you work under a client NDA, treat anything you submit as disclosed to a third-party processor and redact identifiers first.
AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. SAP-specific recommendations must be reviewed by a qualified professional and validated in a non-production system before you act on them.
4. Uploaded files and attachments
Some features accept PDF, Word, text and image attachments. These are read in your browser and the extracted text or image content is included in the request sent to the model provider so it can answer your question. We keep a record of the request and the generated response, along with basic attachment details such as file name, size and type; original uploaded files are not published or made available to other users.
Files we generate for you and store, such as tax invoices, are held in private storage that is scoped to your account.
7. Data retention
We keep information only for as long as it is needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, accounting, security, backup and operational requirements. Your account data, history and saved results remain available while your account is active. Records we are legally required to retain, such as issued tax invoices, are kept even after account deletion.
8. Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted transport, authenticated access and database-level access rules that scope your data to your account. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong unique password and avoid submitting confidential material.
9. Your choices and rights
- Update your profile and workspace preferences at any time in account settings.
- Unsubscribe from optional email using the link in any such message.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and data by emailing admin@erpclimb.com.
The rights available to you depend on where you live. Contact us and we will help you exercise the rights that apply to you.
10. Children
ERPClimb is built for working SAP and ERP professionals and students preparing for those roles. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
11. International processing
Our providers operate infrastructure in multiple countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Wherever it is processed, it remains subject to this policy.
12. Third-party links
ERPClimb links to external documentation and websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites; please review their own privacy notices.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new βlast updatedβ date. Continuing to use ERPClimb after an update means the current version applies to you.
