Delivery Policy

Digital delivery only. ERPClimb is an online subscription. There is no physical product, no courier and no shipping charge. Nothing will ever be dispatched to your postal address.

When access starts. Paid features unlock as soon as the payment gateway confirms your payment — normally within a few seconds. Activation is driven by a server-side confirmation from Razorpay, so it completes even if you close the browser tab right after paying.

Where to find what you bought. Sign in and open Account → Billing to see your plan, renewal date and downloadable tax invoices.

If access does not appear. Refresh the page and sign out and back in once. If the plan still shows as free more than 15 minutes after a successful payment, email admin@erpclimb.com with the payment reference from your bank or card statement. We can reconcile the payment against our records and activate the subscription manually. You will not be charged twice for the same period.

Service availability. Access requires a working internet connection and a modern browser. Planned maintenance is kept short and, where practical, announced in the app.
