Pricing FAQ
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation is never immediate — your Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling stops future renewals. For refund questions, contact us.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your history, saved cases, resumes and progress stay in your account. You simply return to the Free plan's monthly ceilings until you upgrade again.
How does annual billing work?
You pay once for 12 months but are only charged for 10 — 2 months free, roughly 17% cheaper than paying monthly. Renewal is automatic and you can cancel at any time.
Which payment methods are supported?
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay: credit and debit cards, UPI, and netbanking.
Do prices change by country?
Yes. We show regional pricing so the plan is fairly priced where you live. Your currency is detected automatically and can be corrected from your profile country.
How is this different from ChatGPT for SAP?
A general chatbot will confidently invent a BAdI, a table or an SAP Note number. ERPClimb won't: the Copilot is built to name only objects it can actually stand behind, tell you its confidence level, and give you a debugging path you can follow in your own system — the transactions to run and the objects to check, in order. It also asks you the triage questions a senior consultant would ask before answering, and it keeps every case so you can come back to it.
Will this actually help me pass certification or land a role?
We won't promise an exam result or a job — nobody honestly can. What Pro gives you is the practice that makes those outcomes likelier: full-length exams built from the published question banks with readiness tracking per exam area, AI mock interviews that score each answer and push back with follow-ups, and a resume rewritten for the specific posting you're applying to. The work is still yours; this removes the excuse of not having anywhere to practise.
What do I get on Free, and when should I upgrade?
Free is a real working version, not a teaser: 3 full Copilot analyses a month, 2 AI mock interviews, 50 practice questions, a daily challenge, a resume score three times a day and one detailed review a month. Upgrade when you hit a wall that matters — you're debugging live issues weekly, you're interviewing in the next month or two, or you're sitting a certification. If none of those are true yet, stay on Free.
Full timed tests are currently live for ABAP, ARCH, BW and PS; other tracks have practice question banks that are still growing.
