  3. Document defaults/user parameters that may derive the wrong organization.

Resolution path

  1. Correct the document organization if the wrong value was used.
  2. If procurement responsibility is genuinely missing, update enterprise-structure configuration only after impact review.
  3. Align defaults and source-system mappings.
  4. Retest source determination and PO creation.
