Likely root causes
- Condition record is absent, expired or not yet valid.
- Document key differs from the maintained key: sales org, customer, material, region or another access field.
- Exclusion/requirement logic prevents the condition from being applied.
What to inspect
- Pricing analysis for the condition type and each access.
- Condition record validity/key values.
- Pricing date and source master data used in the access.
Resolution path
- Determine the first intended access that should succeed.
- Maintain/correct the condition record for that key or fix the source data.
- Do not add broad fallback records that create unintended pricing.
- Reprice representative orders and confirm expected condition selection.
