Post goods issue not possible because picking is incomplete
VL02N cannot post goods issue because one or more delivery items are not fully picked or confirmed.
Likely root causes
- Picked quantity is less than delivery quantity.
- Warehouse transfer/picking confirmation is still open.
- Batch/serial or handling-unit processing leaves the item incomplete.
What to inspect
- Delivery item picking status and picked quantity.
- WM/EWM transfer order or warehouse task status.
- Batch, serial-number and handling-unit completion.
Resolution path
- Complete/confirm warehouse picking for the required quantity.
- Correct delivery quantity only if the business shipment changed.
- Resolve batch/serial/HU inconsistencies before PGI.
- Post goods issue only after delivery status is complete.
