Likely root causes

  1. Confirmed schedule-line date is later than the delivery selection date.
  2. ATP confirmed zero or a smaller quantity.
  3. A delivery block or scheduling/master-data issue prevents due quantity.

What to inspect

  1. Sales-order schedule lines and confirmed quantity/date.
  2. Delivery creation selection date.
  3. ATP/availability situation and any delivery block.

Resolution path

  1. If the order is confirmed later, use an appropriate selection date.
  2. Resolve ATP/material-availability issues instead of manually forcing delivery.
  3. Remove blocks only through the intended business approval.
  4. Recheck the delivery due list after schedule lines are valid.
