T-Codes11
- /SCWM/MON/SCWM/MON is used to monitor and act on EWM warehouse documents, stock, warehouse tasks, resources, queues and exception situations. It is most useful when embedded or decentralized EWM operations need one operational cockpit for inbound, outbound and warehouse execution. Start from the exact business object, organizational scope and status, then prove the result through document flow, logs or master data before applying a corrective action.
- /SCWM/PRDI/SCWM/PRDI is used to display and process EWM inbound deliveries including goods-receipt relevant status and item details. It is most useful when inbound delivery data, GR processing or ERP-to-EWM distribution needs operational analysis. Start from the exact business object, organizational scope and status, then prove the result through document flow, logs or master data before applying a corrective action.
- /SCWM/RFUI/SCWM/RFUI opens the SAP EWM radio-frequency environment used by warehouse operators for mobile execution such as receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and internal movements. The effective menu and work queue depend on warehouse, resource, presentation profile, and logical transaction. Use /SCWM/MON to verify the warehouse tasks, handling units, deliveries, and exceptions created or confirmed by the RF step.
- LT01LT01 creates a transfer order in classic Warehouse Management, either with reference to a delivery, production order, posting change notice, or transfer requirement, or without any reference for a direct bin-to-bin move. The reference type chosen on the initial screen changes every field that follows and determines whether the TO ever touches a delivery status.
- LT03LT03 creates a classic Warehouse Management transfer order with reference to an outbound delivery. It converts delivery-related warehouse demand into bin-level picking work in a classic LE-WM/Stock Room Management warehouse. Do not use it as an EWM warehouse-task transaction; in EWM-managed locations, warehouse execution follows the EWM object model.
- LT10LT10 is the classic Warehouse Management report that lists open Transfer Requirements (TRs) for a warehouse number, filtered by movement type, plant, storage type or requirement type. It is a monitoring and selection tool, not a creation transaction: TOs are still generated separately via LT01, LT04, LT06 or LT09, or from within the LT10 list itself as a follow-on action.
- LT12LT12 confirms a transfer order in classic Warehouse Management, recording that a putaway or picking movement was physically completed and posting the resulting bin stock change. It does not create the TO; it only closes out one already generated by LT01, LT04, LT06, LT09 or LT10. If the TO was set for immediate confirmation at creation, LT12 will report it already confirmed.
- LS24LS24 is a classic WM display transaction that lists the quants of a given material across all storage types and bins in a warehouse number. It reads the quant table directly and shows quantity, unit, stock category, and location, but it is read-only: it cannot correct, delete, or move a quant. Corrections require a transfer order or posting change transaction instead.
- LS26LS26 is a read-only display transaction in classic Warehouse Management that shows current quant stock at storage bin level for a warehouse, storage type, bin range, material or quant number. It reads the quant table live. It has no posting function; discrepancies found here must be corrected through LT01/LT10 movements or physical inventory, never inside LS26 itself.
- LX02LX02 is the classic WM bin status report. It lists storage bins in a warehouse number together with the quants sitting in them and shows capacity utilization, empty bins, and blocked bins at the moment the report runs. It reads live data from the bin master and quant tables rather than a stored snapshot, so results always reflect current system state.
- LX03LX03 is the classic WM warehouse stock overview report. It displays quants aggregated by storage type, storage section, storage bin, material or batch for a given warehouse number. It is read-only: no quantity can be changed from this screen. Fixing stock requires a transfer order, physical inventory posting, or a movement transaction elsewhere.
Key Tables6
- LAGPLAGP is the storage bin master table in classic Warehouse Management. Each row describes one physical or virtual bin, identified by warehouse number, storage type, and bin coordinate, carrying static attributes such as capacity limits and block indicators. It does not hold stock quantities or storage unit contents; those live in LQUA and LEIN respectively.
- LQUALQUA is the classic Warehouse Management quant table. One row is a physical stock quantity of a material, batch, and stock category sitting in a specific storage bin of a specific storage type within a warehouse number. It belongs to classic WM (Lean WM / LE-WM), not embedded or decentralized EWM, which keeps its own separate quant storage.
- LTAKLTAK is the classic SAP Warehouse Management (LE-WM) header table for transfer orders. Each row represents one transfer order document instructing a physical stock movement between storage bins, storage units, or interim areas inside a warehouse number, carrying the movement type, creation data, and confirmation status. Line-level bin and quantity detail lives in the companion item table LTAP.
- LTAPLTAP holds the individual line items of a warehouse management transfer order: one row per material movement instruction, giving the source and destination storage bin, quantity, unit of measure and confirmation status. It always belongs to a header record in LTAK and is the table to check when a putaway or pick task is stuck, missing, or shows the wrong bin or quantity.
- T300T300 is the configuration table that defines each classic Warehouse Management warehouse number: its key, its descriptive text, and header-level control settings. Every WM movement, quant, bin, and transfer order table carries LGNUM, and that value always resolves back to exactly one row in T300. It does not control storage type behavior or plant assignment; those live elsewhere.
- T301T301 is the classic Warehouse Management configuration table that defines a storage type within a warehouse number - the physical or organizational subdivision such as high rack storage, bulk area, or goods receipt area. It holds the storage type key and control indicators, not bins, quants, or descriptions, which live in companion and text tables.
