One attempt, traceable evidence
Collect the message processing log, time zone, attempt identifier and relevant adapter settings. For on-premise connections, compare the intended Location ID, virtual host and allowed resource path. Matching supplied values does not verify live connectivity, authentication or the incident cause.
A timeout may happen after the receiving application has processed the request. Confirm the target business outcome and duplicate-handling contract before retrying. This workbench never connects to SAP or replays messages.
