Free SAP data workbench

SAP Export Reconciliation Workbench

Find exactly what changed between two exports. Choose the business key, compare selected fields and trace every result back to the source records.

Free · No sign-in or AI credits. Files stay in this browser. Limits: 10 MiB per file, 20,000 data rows, 100 columns and 500,000 cells. XLSX: 8 sheets, 24 MiB expanded. Close or refresh to clear local evidence.

Source export

Or paste source CSV / TSV

Target export

Or paste target CSV / TSV

First non-empty worksheet row / first text row must contain headers. XLSX imports stored values, not display formatting: dates may be Excel serials and numeric IDs may already have lost zeros. Use text cells for identifiers. Formulas, merged cells, macros and external relationships are rejected; export values only. Choose delimiter/encoding before selecting a text file.

Observations from supplied evidence; root cause and target outcome require verification.

Compare evidence, then verify the cause

For example, compare purchase-order exports before and after an interface run using document, item and currency as a composite key. Select amount and quantity separately with explicit tolerances. Duplicate keys remain ambiguous; differences do not prove a posting failure.

XLSX import accepts a values-only subset. Use CSV or TSV when your workbook contains formulas or unsupported features. Dates are compared as supplied text or explicitly selected numbers. No totals across currencies or units are calculated.

Review extraction dates, filters and key completeness with the application owner before making corrections. ERPClimb is independent of SAP SE.
